Our return services
PostNord offers two types of return solutions adapted to different needs – one for returns of larger and heavier packages, one for smaller packages. Both are designed to simplify your product flow and to make it as easy as possible for your customers to return packages – small and large.
Return Drop Off
Return Drop Off is our return service for packages of up to 20 kg. The customer gets a ready-made return note from you, either printed or digitally, and hands over the package to one of our agents. You and the customer can then track the package via our app or website, all the way from when it’s dropped off to the return delivery to you.
- Can be used for returns in Sweden, the Nordics and most European countries.
- Ready-made return note and pre-paid shipping – no additional costs to the customer.
- The ability to select add-on services like climate compensation, product insurance, delivery notification and QR codes for return information in a digital format.

Return Pickup
Return Pickup can be used for larger packages of a maximum weight of 35 kg. With this service, the customer does not need to bring the package to an agent and can instead schedule pickup by us. The pickup will take place at the door and can be scheduled both during daytime and evenings. Delivery normally happens in 1-2 working days.
