EDI quality report in beta version is available in the portal
In the EDI report, all shipments are shown where PostNord has discovered various errors with your EDI messages. The report contains three error categories:
Wrong EDI: In this case, the EDI message does not live up to the defined format and rules
Incomplete EDI: In this case, mandatory information is missing from the EDI message
Missing EDI: In this case, the EDI message was missing when PostNord made the first scan of the shipment.
By analysing, understanding and taking action regarding issues with EDI messages, you can avoid unnecessary fees from PostNord.
