Already have a Portal Business account?

If you already have a Portal Business account, your company already has access to Skicka Direkt Business, as all PostNord contract customers have access to the tool. Just log in to the Portal!

If you do not see Skicka Direkt Business, you may not be logged in, or you may be logged in as a private user (i.e. you will see "Portal" instead of "Portal Business" at the top of the page). Log in with an account linked to your company's Portal account, and you're ready to go! If you still don't see Skicka Direkt Business, it's possible that your administrator has chosen not to give you access to the tool. Contact your administrator to access your account.

Are you a contract customer, but without an account in the Portal?

If your company already has a customer agreement with PostNord, but does not use Portal Business, you can create a Portal account and link it to your existing customer number. Use an organisation number under which you have signed your customer contract.

If you are not a contract customer - you can become a contract customer when you create your account in the Portal. Make sure you have your company's approval to enter into a customer agreement with PostNord - you sign the agreement with your mobile BankID.

In Skicka Direkt Business, you can use and create shipping templates - once you've set up your most common shipping products and recipients, it's even faster and easier to order exactly the shipping you want. Watch videos on how to easily send a parcel and how to use templates to save time.

Installing printers

Skicka Direkt Business supports label printers and installation is easy. You will need access to a printer and the internet and we recommend that you first print out a test page. We support printing up to 200 dpi.
