QR codes on demand in Track & Trace

QR returns for domestic shipments

You can now generate QR returns for domestic shipments in Sweden when it comes to MyPack Collect, MyPack Home and Varubrev.

When creating such a return the requesting customer gets a QR code presented to them. This is sent directly to the person returning a product, by e-mail or SMS, or it can be saved/copied and manually sent to the customer. The QR code is then shown at an agent/collection point who will then print the return shipping label. It can then be attached to the package and be handed over directly.

The SMS sent includes a link that must be opened in a web browser, so it only works with smartphones.

Avoid return labels in every package – great for the environment!

If you use these QR returns you only need to create and print return labels as needed, which eliminates the need to include a return label with every package.

Works in all TA systems and with our booking API

Track & Trace collects shipping details based on customer number, regardless of how the shipment was created. The shipments can all be created in a range of TA systems.

T&T then calls a booking API to collect the QR code, so if you use our booking API on your own today, you can also use this service.

You find the feature by clicking the Action button in the Track & Trace module

What return services do these QR returns fall under based on the service of the original shipment?

If, for example, you have sent a MyPack Collect, an activated return will generate a Return Drop Off.

MyPack Collect -> Return Drop Off = Same limitations

MyPack Home -> Return Drop Off = Max weight reduced from 35 kg to 20 kg, max length reduced from 175 cm to 150 cm. Otherwise the same.

Varubrev -> Varubrev Retur = Same limitations

Cost of the add-on Print Digital Return

The add-on Print Digital Return which allows for printing shipping labels at the agent costs 2.50 SEK for Return Drop Off and Varubrev Retur.

Good for you, good for your customer, good for the environment.
