Export Useful Shipping Details from Track & Trace

View a summary of your shipments via the portal

Sometimes you want to get an overview of your shipments in a certain time period. There are useful reports in the portal, but you can also export a document with shipping details from Track & Trace. Max 50.000 shipments can be exported at once, but you can merge the reports manually in Excel.

  1. Open Track & Trace and use the filters to narrow down your search – dates, status, etc.
  2. Check the shipments you want to include in the export. You can also check all
shipments for a specific day using the checkbox next to the date on the list.
  3. Click Export at the top of the page and a list will be exported including all the
    selected shipments.

There are many data points for each shipment, including time stamp for BankID identification in the app, and a country code for each scan so that you can locate where a scan has taken place.
