Postal address and physical delivery address all in one place

Skicka Direkt Business will automatically choose between both addresses depending on what you send. If you send a MyPack Collect the delivery address will be used, and if you send a recommended letter the postal address will be used.

If you’re sending both letters and logistics services and wish to use different addresses you can use one receiver instead of two. This means less work for you to keep on top of which sender you want to use as it’s all automated.

Go to Skicka Direkt Business

To add a new sender with a postal address, click on “New Sender”. Fill out the company name, address row 1, post code and choose the client number associated with the address.

Next, click on “Advanced” and the box “Postal Address”. This will take you to the page where you add the postal address.
