Once your customer completes a purchase and selects the delivery option they prefer, the information is sent automatically from Magento to us at PostNord. We create the shipping note for you, and you can print it and prepare your parcel for delivery. How do I set up the integration between PostNord and Magento?

Right now you can connect your Magento store to Skicka Direkt Business either by using the direct plugin Ship Connect or Klarna Shipping Assistant. In both cases you set up the delivery selector plugin first, then go to the e-commerce tab in Skicka Direkt Business where you can complete the connection to the delivery selector you use.

When you integrate Magneto with PostNord we and our partner will hold your hand throughout the entire process – and PostNord does not charge any fees per shipping note.

To get started you need an administrator account in Skicka Direkt Business and access to Ship Connect or Klarna Shipping Assistant.

We are continuously working on the connection and functionality changes fast. At the moment we have full capability for pricing within the EU, but this will be expanded shortly. Regardless if we have the functionality you need right now, it’s a good idea to set up the connection in advance. You can then activate it when ready. PostNord does not charge anything for setting up or using the connection.

How does the integration work in practice?

PostNord does not charge anything at all for the integration, and you set it up in just a few simple steps:
1. Create a store connection in Skicka Direkt Business, to tie the tool to your delivery selector (either Ship Connect or Klarna Shipping Assistant).
2. Ship Connect or Klarna are the interfaces that show your delivery options to the customer at checkout.
3. The integration solution is done and ready for your first shipment. The shipping note is printed from Skicka Direkt Business as needed.
