  • Better service: 30 seconds queue time on the phone or reply to email within two hours. Opening hours for Premium customer service are 7.00-17.00 weekdays excluding weekends.

  • Branded notifications: Unique communication to your customers. Variable price SEK 0.75/sms and SEK 0.29/email. The service is also sold separately for SEK 750 a month, but excludes the benefits of the other premium offers.

Want to send to parcel lockers? Choose MyPack Box in Skicka Direkt Business. Previously you made this choice in MyPack Collect but now MyPack Collect is service point only and MyPack Box is parcel locker only.
