How does the PostNord integration with Klarna work?
It’s all very simple. The integration connects PostNord with Klarna Checkout. Regardless of which of the supported e-commerce systems you use, our Klarna integration works in the same way. You simply create your delivery options in PostNord Skicka Direkt Business. For example, you can include the shipping cost or whether it’s free shipping. You then select your delivery/shipping options and add-ons like for example an automatic return note.
Next, all this is synced with Klarna Checkout, giving the customer the option to select delivery method straight away at checkout. The moment your customer places an order, the details appear in PostNord Skicka Direkt Business. With our Klarna integration you can forget all about manually purchasing shipping. The only thing you need to do is print the shipping note.

How do I get started with the PostNord and Klarna Checkout integration?
If you have Klarna Shipping Assistant it’s easy to add a Klarna connection to your account in the Portal. Our order connection supports several popular platforms for web stores, including WooCommerce, Magento and Askås.
Here’s how to get started:
2. Create a connection in your web store – or several if you have more than one store.
3. Select the Klarna Shipping Assistant connection.
4. Enter your user information.
5. Save your key and ID shown on the screen, and enter them in the delivery selector in Klarna.
6. Create the delivery options you want to offer your customers.
7. Done! When your customer buys a product, their information is sent straight to Skicka Direkt Business.
