Using the claims report in the portal

Go to Claims report in the portal

Choose customer number

Start by selecting the customer number you want to see statistics for, if you have several, the tool is set to All customer numbers by default.

 

Choose time period of interest

You can choose data from years back in time.

 

Overview Claims report

The overview view now shows on the left the total number of claims and whether they are still open or has been closed. The total compensation claimed and paid out is shown on the right.

More filters

You have the option to filter out all closed claims and only focus the statistics on ongoing cases, for example, or filter on cases without compensation.

 

Export your data

Export you claims report to either csv or xls
