Once you've ordered your shipping, printed your labels and packed your parcels, it's time to send the shipments on their way. Choose how you want to get your parcels moving.

Order shipping with a Transport Administration system

PostNord business customers in Denmark will need to set up a shipping system, also called a TA-system, in order to print shipping labels. PostNord collaborates closely with several TA partners that can help you set your system up quickly.

The TA partner you choose will have documentation on their website explaining how to order shipments and print labels. Their customer support can also help you with any setup questions you might have.

Payment, Pricing and Invoicing

As a PostNord business customer, your shipping orders are paid by monthly invoice, all of which are available here in the Portal. Shipment orders are only added to the invoice when the parcel is sent and PostNord makes a first scan. Pricing is decided by your current customer agreement.

Send a single shipment right now

If you need to send a single parcel right now, and if you’re not yet a business customer, you can order a single shipment via Online Porto and pay by credit card. Remember that once you have a Danish Customer agreement, you should instead use your selected TA system.
