Invite your team to create accounts
Portal Business is built to be used by teams! Depending on the roles your colleagues need, you can invite them to set up accounts with access to certain Portal modules. So a team mate in a warehouse role might have access to shipping-related tools, whereas a customer service representative might need access to Track & Trace, Claims and the Customer Service module.
For users who order shipping, you can restrict access to specific shipping templates to streamline their work and make sure shipments are sent out with only the pre-defined characteristics you need.
How to manage users
You'll find your user management page under Company Settings. Here you can manage existing users and invite new users. You can also export a list of all users.
Click Invite, and you'll get to configure the invited user's access to customer numbers, individual Portal tools, and even specific templates in our Online Shipping Tool.
