  • PostNord offers a number of free demos that you can easily book via our web calendar.
  • We update your booking with a meeting link to Microsoft Teams.
  • No login or installation is required from your end, but you do need a microphone connected to your device so we can answer your questions.
  • Webcam is optional.

How does it work?

  • We update your meeting booking with a video link to Microsoft Teams
  • You open the link when it’s time for your demo (no login or installation required)
  • We guide you through our tools and answer your questions
  • You can create an account in Portal Business at any time and test the tools yourself

What is PostNord Portal Business?

Portal Business is a company-adapted version of PostNord Portal, which is available to PostNord’s contract customers. Portal Business brings together tools for shipping purchases, tracking, invoices, customer service and much more. You can read more about the Portal’s functions under “Discover” in the menu at the top of the page. If you are not already a contract customer, you can become one at the same time as you create your account.

Skicka Direkt Business/Online Shipping Tool is the shipping tool in Portal Business. You can order shipping, see your prices, print shipping labels, and order pickup. In addition, it is possible to purchase shipping via order connection – via API and via plugins for e-commerce systems. Can I try it right away?

Of course! You might even want to have your account ready so that you can follow the tool yourself when we demonstrate Skicka Direkt Business for you. Please apply for your demo first in that case – so you can set up your account before our meeting.

If you are not already a contract customer, you need your signatory’s permission to enter into a customer contract with us. Then you create a new business account here. You will be able to sign the customer agreement with mobile BankID. Becoming a contract customer costs nothing, but gives you e.g. access to our shipping rates for contract customers.

If you are already a contract customer at your company, the signatory for the company needs to be the one who creates your portal account here. He identifies himself with BankID for security reasons, then we automatically connect the account to your organization. Nothing else is needed!
