In the portal you can create personal notifications that are sent to the receiver by SMS or e-mail. That way you don’t have to spend time on keeping your customer informed – everything is automated.

Filter your shipments

If you send lots of types of shipments daily you can use our filters to view, for example, delayed parcels, delivered parcels or parcel claims. You can also create your own filters to find shipments that are extra important to you. That way you can save time and make sure that everything operates efficiently.

Better customer service

In Track & Trace you’ll find a chat feature where your customers can contact you if they want to change something regarding a shipment. You and your staff can also add comments that are only visible to you, which makes it super easy for coworkers to understand a case if the customer contacts you again.

Track & Trace is the tool you use to track and manage registered letters, no matter where in the world they are.

How to search for a registered letter

Our tracking tool gives you a great overview of all shipments by grouping them into various categories. If you want to track a specific letter you can use the shipment ID, name of the receiver, or order reference number in the search field. When you click on a shipment you’ll see more details regarding its status. In Track & Trace you can also add comments, change information about the receiver, and create claims.

To check shipments that:

  • Are registered in the system, select “EDI”.
  • Are on their way to the receiver, select “Outgoing”.
  • Are ready for pickup at an agent, select “At service point”.
  • Have been delivered to the receiver, select “Delivered”.
  • Are sent back to you because the hold time at the agent has expired, select “Returned”.

Set up smart filters

Some shipments are more important than others, but searching for them several times per day can be tiresome. That’s why you can create your own filters, to save time when you need to check the shipments you want to put extra focus on.

Make changes to shipments

Track & Trace makes things easier when your customers get in touch to change something regarding the delivery of a registered letter. Start by finding the shipment using name, parcel ID or order reference. In the “Actions” tab you’ll find various options based on the service used and where the letter is at the moment. For example, you can send information to the receiver, extend the hold time at the collection point, and create claims.

Helpful tool for the customer service team

In the portal there are tools to make customer service more efficient. When the customer tracks their parcel a chat window will appear where they can contact you regarding the delivery. The chat window is connected to your customer service system, which allows you to quickly help the customer and give them the care you strive for. Here you can also add personal comments that only the customer service team can see, to make it easier for colleagues to stay informed regarding a case.
